HOW IT ALL BEGAN
I have always loved baking since childhood. A Business & Marketing graduate, my love of sugar craft started with my daughters christening cake. Since then my hobby grew into an obsession as it was the perfect way for me to create and bake. After completing the PME Knightsbridge Masters Diploma in Cake Decorating and many hours spent on my own self-taught techniques Broken Spoon Cakes was born.
I specialise in creating beautiful wedding cakes for your day. As it is just myself, you are guaranteed to have your cake designer at every stage of your wedding cake's journey. This is probably a good thing as I am a little bit of a control freak! I also love to sing (quite loudly) while I work, so definitely a good thing it is just myself.
To ensure each wedding cake gets the attention it deserves, I only take on a small number of commissions. This means dates book out quickly, so don't leave it too late to contact me to talk wedding cakes!
